Pretreatment:
This treatment includes Pressure Filter, Iron Removal Filter, Activated Carbon Filter and sometimes Water Softener. Zeolite (India) Pvt. Ltd. is specialized in Iron Removal systems since 1974 Devices and systems manufactured and supplied by the Company can treat iron upto 10 ppm and above in raw water. MOC of devices may vary from SS, MSRL, MSEP, MSFRPL, FRP and so on.
Part of pretreatment also consists of micron filtration for removal of suspended solids, particles and turbidity. MOC of housing is SS, PB, ABS etc.
R.O. System:
R.O. block consists of high pressure pump, control panel, R.O. membrane, high pressure vessel, automation etc. MOC of high pressure pump is SS and most reputed brands. Control panel is to control the entire R.O. block automatically. R.O. membrane is to remove TDs from raw water. High pressure vessels used are made up of FRP or SS. Pressure switches are also used in Zeolite R.O. System to safeguard high pressure pump from dry run and R.O. vessels.
Chemical Dosing System:
Automatic Chemical Dosing Pumps used are of best in quality for dosing of NaOCl solution, antiscalant, pH maintenance chemicals etc. These pumps can be regulated automatically and dosing can be set at a specific concentration.
UV and Ozonator:
Zeolite UV Sterilizer comes with Ss316 L housing and to save the device it comes with individual panel. Ozonator comes with venturies and recirculation pump of best make in the industry. These devices make final product free from bacteria and incorporate a bacteriostatic effect in water.
Capacity:
Available 250 litres per hour to 50,000 litres per hour.
How RO works
When water is passed through a semi permeable membrane under pressure, all particles larger than 0.0001 micron are captured in layers of the membrane allowing only the water molecules pass through the membrane.

Heating

Product Range
Versatile range to produce 40 ml to 5000 ml bottle / jar. Neck diameter ranging from 20 mm to 120 mm. Due to hydraulic operations, mould can be stopped where required. In case of small diameter bottles, this increases production rate and reduces production cost.
